So, AbyssBrain nominated me for this challenge. While I was trying to write something that would make sense, I realized that this is quite challenging and cruel. I also wondered if he hates me. I am quite sure that whatever that I have written is no less than a disaster, but that is all I could come up with.
Here are the rules of the challenge:
- Write a whole paragraph (a paragraph sounds easy right?) without any word containing the letter āeā (still easy for ya?)
- By reading this you are already signed up.
- Challenge at least five bloggers to do the challenge. They must do it within 24 hours or it is considered as failure.
- If you fail or pass, suffer in the Page of Lame.
- If you win, wallow in the Page of Fame.
( I am so going to the Page of Lame, which also has e, what a shame for the one who came up with this kind of challenge.)Ā
Here is work of a person allergic to E, (Aachoo!!)
I was always a bright pupil. My miss had always said that I was brilliant. My bro had an antipathy to my outstanding marks and applauds I got. Sadly, on an unlucky day, I lost out to him, owing to a stupid fact that I had a no know-how of syllabary!
Here my nominations : ( You all can hate me!)

Thanks for the response š
Yes, it’s ironic that “Page of Lame/Fame” have e’s š
It should have been something like “Hall of Cool” and “Hall of Noobs”.
LikeLiked by 3 people
It should not have been there at the first place, I believe!
Seriously, how did you manage to write so many words? I guess, I failed miserably!
LikeLiked by 2 people
All of the words that I used were just simple words anyway š
Also, there’s no minimum number of words in the rules, so you passed the challenge.

Give me a math problem next time instead of an allergic challenge š

No I would like the no “e”s challenge more!!
At least I will have good reason to fail – the challenge is cruel.

Thanks for the suggestion abbys.I really should have thought about that. I’ll change it to the Hall of Cool or the Hall of Noobs.

Without e. I can imagine it took a lot of trial and re-editing. Thanks visit my blog. When I write a poem I usually do same syllabic count for each line and it takes a while too esp with a dozen or so lines.

A 300 page novel was once written by a French writer. The awesome thing about that novel is that the only two “e”s it contained were in the Author’s name on the cover. A novel with no “e”! That too in French where use of “e” is much more than in English.
And then came its English translation, “A Void”. Again with no “e”s. This time, perhaps the writer’s name even was deprived of “e”s.
Both are world record holders for the “e”-allergic texts.

Oh, my! I didn’t know about it before. Thank you for letting me know. I’ll look into it. This is amazing. I could barely write 5 sentences.

You call these things “lipogrammatic” texts.
The novel was a mystery genre….
“A Void, translated from the original French La Disparition (literally, “The Disappearance”), is a 300-page French lipogrammatic novel, written in 1969 by Georges Perec, entirely without using the letter e (except for the author’s name), following Oulipo constraints.”

Kritika, if possible use the link https://darshith0000.wordpress.com/about/ from next time for adding pingback. Adding the direct link of the blogsite doesn’t inform the owner about his site being used as a pingback. Using a particular post or about page, where there is a comment section helps the owner know about the pingback.
And NOW you can delete this comment also after reading š Thank you š
